Ellie was extremely helpful and responsive as we were trying to make a decision on the products and style we wanted to go with. She sent out multiple samples on different occasions that were here for us to look at the next day, and was equally efficient during the back-and-forth of the final design process. Porch Pirates ....can not get a Flashbay package
I live in a non-gated community of single family dwelling that has seen an increase of 'porch pirates' (package thieves) and the team(s) at Flashbay explored delivery options that allow me to make a my purchase if its product and have it safely and securely held until I was able to retrieve the package.
