Great customer experience and great product quality.
I had a great customer experience for my first order. Bella and the team were very responsive and flexible, offering all the information and proof of concept I needed to make a decision. Compared to other suppliers I worked with in the past, the efficiency and professionalism of Flashbay team made a huge difference. The personalised notebooks look exactly like the digital proof and the quality is great. The delivery arrived a bit earlier as well, so another plus. I 100% recommend.

Company branded thermal mug
I’m really impressed with the thermal travel mug. The quality is excellent—it feels durable, well-made, and does a fantastic job of keeping drinks hot.
We also had the thermal mugs personalised with our logo, and the communication throughout that process was excellent. Everything was handled smoothly, and it was clear that care was taken to get the branding just right.
I also want to highlight the great customer service. Cameron was incredibly helpful throughout the process, answering my questions promptly and making everything easy. Communication was clear, friendly, and professional from start to finish.

Great Service & Quality
Bella was extremely helpful with our order, from the start she was responsive and knowledgeable. Design was completed and approved within days and shipment was out the door a couple of days after PO receipt. Order was received without any issues, quality was great.
