Last Minute Order for an Event
We contacted Flashbay as we had decided to sponsor an event last minute and needed to produce some branded merchandise at short notice. Mekavi got back to us quickly and she outlined our options and pricing. We received visual mock ups the same day, and when we received the goods we were very impressed with the quality of each item. It was also nice to receive a follow up call from Mekavi to confirm we had received the items and that we were satisfied with quality of the products. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Tom was really helpful throughout the process of choosing, designing and adding personalised products to our order. His responses were quick and answered any queries we had. The bottles and bags we ordered were delivered quickly, and we are so impressed with the quality.

10/10 Experience with Flashbay. Bella was our account manager and helped us so much along the way, through any design tweaks and many product options. Really quick turnaround time and the products look absolutely amazing! Would recommend to anybody due to the amazing customer service provided by Bella and really competitive prices.

Superb service
Superb service. I ordered some last minute pens to pop into my school leavers party bags... arrived super fast, great friendly customer service from Bella.
