Coasters
I wanted some coasters for the office with our logo on. Connor was extremely helpful, sending me a proof before they were purchased. Really pleased with them (bought the gummy ones). Colour and logo great. Would definitely recommend.

My first experience in shopping for coasters for a trade event couldn't have gone more smoothly thanks to Alex and his team. During my conversations, they were patient, professional, and courteous in helping me decide what type of product to select along with the quantity. They also sent me samples prior to purchase for view and feel.
Definitely will do business with them again. Props to Alex and his team for making my experience smooth and hassle-free!

Max with FlashBay was persistent
Max with FlashBay was persistent (in a good way) in following up with me to encourage me to place my order. I procrastinated a bit, so when I eventually ordered, the order needed to be rushed, but it arrived on time to take to my meeting! I was VERY VERY PLEASED with the service (Max even called to check to be sure the order arrived on time). I was also VERY PLEASED with the engraved coasters for my organization.
